Cross country has moved into a new direction: manmade obstacles on the courses bring new requirements to the rims. When cornering trough manmade berms you need a wide rim, to get a better tire support, resulting in higher cornering speed. At the same time the rim has to be really lightweight for good acceleration. Therefor the X 432 was developed.

The DT Swiss 533d 27.5" is a real budget enduro rim which is made for wide tires (up to 2.5 inch) and the most demanding trails. This enduro rim is made for the rough stuff, but it is also light enough to master any climb. The 533d features an external width of 28 mm and an internal width of 22 mm.

Let your muscles play on the up-hills and switch to attack mode for the down-hills. This is exactly what the DT Swiss Enduro rims are made for. Each rim is a piece of high precision engineering and thanks to the extremely resistant aluminum alloy, the 533d can cope with the most demanding trails.
