Shipping Policy

At Wheelwizard, we strive to simplify your life. Our dedication to providing efficient and reliable delivery of your bicycle essentials ensures a seamless and stress-free shopping experience.

Standard Delivery within the Maltese Islands:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 4-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Enjoy complimentary standard delivery for orders over €100.
• For orders below €100, a nominal delivery fee of €10 applies.

Same-Day Delivery in Malta:

• We do not offer a same day delivery service.

Pickup from Store:

• Opt to collect your order for free at our store.
• Upon receiving confirmation that your goods are ready for collection, visit our showroom with the necessary documentation.
• Same-day collection is available for orders placed by 16:00.
