The Zeal Thermal is the most thermally insulated wetsuit in the Orca range, designed for swimmers who refuse to let cold water limit their training. Positioned above the Vitalis Thermal range, it delivers unmatched warmth, buoyancy and comfort for serious open-water swimming.
Superior Thermal Comfort
Engineered for maximum heat retention, the Zeal Thermal features the advanced Thermal X2 inner lining combined with a second insulating layer known as the Batwing thermal barrier. This additional neoprene layer at the back reduces cold-water contact and heat loss, helping you stay warmer for longer.
Panels up to 5 mm thick, a closely fitting neck and limb areas, and the Batwing zipper seal work together to create one of the warmest and most comfortable open-water wetsuits available.
Maximum Elasticity in Cold Water
Despite its thickness, the Zeal Thermal offers outstanding freedom of movement thanks to Yamamoto 40X+ neoprene. This high-performance material delivers exceptional elasticity, while the Thermal X and Thermal X2 linings give thick panels the stretch characteristics of much thinner neoprene.
The result is unrestricted arm movement and natural body rotation—even in cold conditions.
High & Neutral Buoyancy
The very thick panels positioned around the torso provide a high and stable level of buoyancy, increasing confidence and security in open water. This buoyancy distribution helps maintain a balanced, neutral swimming position.
