Polygon Collosus DH9
The Polygon Collosus DH9 marks the return of Polygon to serious downhill racing. Developed for high-speed descending, demanding race tracks and bike-park riding, it combines a durable ALX alloy frame with premium suspension and race-proven components.
The frame delivers 200mm of rear-wheel travel and uses Polygon's advanced suspension design to provide excellent traction, controlled braking performance and stability through rough terrain. Two flip-chip systems provide four geometry configurations, allowing riders to adjust the bottom-bracket position and wheel setup to suit their riding style.
Mixed-Wheel Downhill Setup
The standard mixed-wheel configuration combines a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. The larger front wheel improves control and rollover performance, while the smaller rear wheel provides greater agility and clearance on steep terrain. The frame can also be configured with a full 29-inch wheel setup.
Fox Factory Suspension
At the front, the Fox 40 Factory fork provides 203mm of travel and features a Kashima-coated finish with GRIP 2 damping. Separate high-speed and low-speed compression and rebound adjustments allow the suspension to be precisely tuned.
The Fox Float X2 Factory rear shock provides controlled performance, excellent small-bump sensitivity and support during hard landings and high-speed impacts.
Race-Ready Components
The SRAM X01 DH 7-speed drivetrain provides fast and precise shifting with ratios designed specifically for downhill racing. Powerful TRP DH-R EVO hydraulic disc brakes and large 203mm rotors deliver dependable stopping power on long and demanding descents.
DT Swiss FR 541 rims are paired with premium DT Swiss 240 hubs for a strong, responsive and dependable wheelset. Schwalbe Tacky Chan Addix Soft tyres provide high levels of grip and predictable handling on technical downhill terrain.
