226ERS NitroPro is a gluten-free, vegan-friendly powdered drink made from beetroot concentrate and dry beetroot extract — with no artificial additives. Each 10.3g dose delivers 400mg of natural nitrates, scientifically shown to boost nitric oxide production in the body.
Nitric oxide helps dilate blood vessels, improving oxygen delivery to muscles, enhancing endurance, and supporting optimal performance during high-intensity workouts or competition.

How to Use:
- Stick (single dose): Dissolve in 150–200ml of water. Shake and drink 2–3 hours before exercise. Use for 3 to 7 consecutive days during periods of intense training or competition.
- Doypack: Dissolve 1½ scoops (approx. 10.3g) in 200ml of water. Shake and drink 2–3 hours before exercise. Follow the same 3 to 7 day protocol.
