A carbohydrate-based energy gel containing maltodextrin and fructose in a 10:8 ratio, providing approximately 30 g of carbohydrates per 44 g serving, with sodium.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
44 g: Consume up to 3 units every 60 minutes during exercise, with approximately 300 ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
INGREDIENTS
Maltodextrin, fructose, water, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate).
May contain traces of peanuts and nuts.
