The Rotar XL is a new idea from our friends at Fly.The top cap has a higher stack height than the regular Rotar headset, doing away with the need for extra spacers to raise your stem & bars up.Also included is an optional spacer to go between the top of your forks & the bottom headset bearing.Using this will raise up the front end of your bike & also make the steering slightly more relaxed & stable, particularly good for riding transition & trails.
